Civic organization work is also a part of Dan's life.  He is on the Board of Governors of the Catholic Lawyers Guild, an intervener and board member of the Lawyers' Assistance Program, an evening coordinator at PADS southwest, on the community advisory board of Haymarket House and is on the faculty of the National Judicial College.
As a Quigley alumnus Dan initiated a November Memorial Mass for Alumni and assisted in fund raising for Quigley's Annual Dinner.  He and his wife, Martha, reside in the southwest suburbs and have two daughters, Kathryn and Margaret.
