2001 Quigley Benefit Dinner

On an evening that saw close to five-hundred people gather at Quigley Preparatory Seminary, comments heard included, "I've never seen anything like this" and, "This is the most amazing thing I've ever been to." Saturday, September 29, 2001 marked the sixth annual Quigley Benefit Dinner. It was the first time, however, the event was held at Quigley.
Quigley's courtyard, encompassed by a clear tent, was lit red, white, and blue. Dinner, followed by a live auction, took place in the immaculate courtyard. The school halls housed an open bar and silent auction. A portion of the many items auctioned off were a week long vacation to Naples, a week long stay in Delavan, Wisconsin, an autographed Ted Williams photograph, a Radio Flyer wagon, overnights at Chicago's finest hotels, and various art pieces.
By far Quigley's biggest fundraiser of the year, this event was brought home and did not disappoint. Thank you to all the guests who supported Quigley on this night. Thanks, too, for all the hard work by Callahan Catering, the Benefit Dinner Committee, Quigley faculty, parent and student volunteers, and Quigley's Development office.
