Pam teaches physics and integrated science. Between degrees, she has worked as a claim adjuster for Bankers Life and Casualty Company, an editorial assistant at Commerce Clearing House, Inc., and a staff accountant at A. B. Dick Company. After having a child she left business to raise her son. In 1997, Ms. Frendreis returned to work as a science teacher at Lourdes High School in Chicago while working towards her teaching certificate. In June of 2000, she received her teaching certificate. Later in January of 2004, she completed her Master of Arts degree in teaching at Dominican University. She also taught at Immaculate Heart of Mary High School in Westchester and sixth grade in Dolton, IL. The last two years she taught at J. Sterling Morton East High School in Cicero, IL, where she taught biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology. Ms. Frendreis is native to the north side of Chicago but now lives with her son in the southwest suburbs.
