Michael Loch
English Teacher B.A. Indiana University

Michael has been a member of the Quigley faculty since 2003. He grew up
in the western suburb of La Grange. After graduating from Nazareth Academy, Michael attended Indiana University in
Bloomington to study English and earned minors in business and medieval studies. In addition to teaching, he serves
as faculty liaison for the yearbook. He was married in May 2005 and became a father for the first time in April 2006.
In May 2007, he will complete his Masters of Education degree from Loyola University. Michael would like to thank God
for all of the opportunities he has had, his wife for all of her patience, and his son for all of the laughter he has provided.
Michael was recently nominated for the Office of Catholic Education's Rising Star award, which is awarded to young teachers who are
innovators in the classroom. |
