Before his return to AQPS, Marty served in a variety of positions in Catholic schools; including 15 years as an elementary school principal, most recently at St. Cletus School in La Grange. He has coached at the high school and elementary school level, and is an active member of his local parish - St. Leonard in Berwyn. Marty is happily married to Lois Graham-McHugh, and in his spare time tries to keep track of the whereabouts of his three great kids: Kate, Mickey, and Kevin.
