IHSA State Academic Team

        Congratulations to Terry Pawlowski, a senior as he was named to the IHSA All State Academic Team, with an Honorable Mention.  Terry was nominated for this award along with Senior Juan Huerta.  This award recognition is based on a combination of academic success  and participation in IHSA activities.  Terry will appear in an IHSA publication, to receive a certificate.  This is a great recognition for both the student and the school.  Time should also be taken to thank Tom Lentine for encouraging the young men to apply.  Although Juan Huerta was not recognized, he is still recognized in school for being an outstanding student academically.  This recognition is outstanding, considering that only 50 students receive recognition out of a total of approximately 600 applicants.
