| The Annual Priest Sponsor Luncheon and
Liturgy is always a special day at Quigley. 40 priests who are priest-sponsors for
the students at Archbishop Quigley gathered to concelebrate a special Liturgy at Quigley
on February 24. Afterwards, there was a sit down luncheon in Quigley's auditorium.
Main celebrate was Bishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller, who was welcomed to Quigley for
his first time. The luncheon concluded with a rousing rendition of Ad Multos
Annos, lead by Dr. Napiwocki's Latin students. The Priest Sponsor program is an important dimension of Quigley's
formation program. All students at Quigley have a Priest Sponsor, who is usually
from their parish. This priest functions a a mentor and friend for the student's
four years at Quigley. |
