On Friday, February 8th, Archbishop Quigley's WYSE Guys competed at Wilbur Wright College for the WYSE Regional competition. The team competes against other schools in Division 700 (schools that have an enrollment of 700 students or less) and came out on top with a first place finish! The overwhelming score of Quigley's WYSE Guys team was 496 out of 500 possible points!!!
Quigley WYSE Guys is under the superb leadership Mr. Timothy Stoelinga and Mr. Kenneth Strouse. The wonderful wizards of WYSE of Seniors: John Bolanos, Philip Gorz, Paul Heiberger, Andrew Liaugminas, Terry Pawlowski, John Pham; Juniors: Juan Cortes, Carlos Minaya, Justin Nacpil, Edgar Patiņo, Mark Regula, and Andrew Sawa; Sophomores: Alexander Wannamaker, Greg Markwell.
Now Quigley's WYSE Guys 2002-reffic team, prepares for the sectional competition at Orland Park Community Center on March 22. We wish the WYSE Guys well!
