Showcase Site Winner

showcase.gif (7529 bytes)Illinois Computer Educators (ICE) selected the WEB site of Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary as an ICE Showcase Aware Winner.  The WEB site was submitted by Fr. Dennis Ziomek.   Educational WEB sties receiving this designation were featured at the ICE Educational Technology Conference '99 on November 11-12, 1999.  WEB Showcase sites currently are featured on the Internet at the ICE web site (www.iceberg.org).

School districts, schools, and classroom teachers from around the state of Illinois were invited to participate.  To be considered as an ICE WEB Showcase Site, sites were evaluated on three criteria:  documentation, functionality, and content.   The range of schools and individuals participating included a community college, high schools districts, unit districts, high schools, and elementary schools. 

Illinois Computer Educators, now in its 15th year, is committed to integrating the use of technology into the educational experience and assisting the professional growth of its members through the use of computers and technology.
