    The newest members of our phoenix family, the freshman also share in the Quigley scholarship.  In order to be eligible for the award, students must take the entrance exam at Quigley and apply for the award.  These students write an essay.  Along with the essays, their grammar school grades and the entrance exams are carefully reviewed.  There are three categories, the Phoenix award, the Rector's award, and the President's award.
